COMPANYTEAMBlake Lown Blake joined the Tree Media team in early 2008, and is currently the content editor for the 11th Hour Action campaign. Blake was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and later moved to Malibu to attend Pepperdine University. In the spring of 2006, Blake participated in the Semester at Sea voyage where she traveled and studied in ten different countries around the world. Blake has worked with the editorial staff at Global Study Magazine in London where her writing was published and distributed both domestically and internationally. After receiving her Bachelors Degree in Writing and Communication from Pepperdine, Blake participated in the Cross-Cultural Solutions program in South Africa where she taught English in the townships of Cape Town. Blake is thrilled to be a part of Trees ongoing mission to use media as a
vehicle that shares our stories and generates global consciousness.
