Tree Media produced Urban Roots, a moving documentary on the

urban farming phenomenon in Detroit. The film is produced by Leila Conners (The 11th Hour) and Mathew Schmid and directed by Detroit-native Mark MacInnis. Urban Roots is timely given the collapse of the US auto industry and the need to move toward a sustainable future.  Urban Roots is completed and we are waiting on Festivals before we distribute the film. Tree Media created The 11th Hour with Leonardo DiCaprio. Leila Conners and Nadia Conners directed. The film was distributed by Warner Brothers in 2007 and is out on DVD.  The 11th Hour Action site is currently a vibrant community that is continuing the discussion of the film worldwide.
