Video Visions is a small town comedy with global charm. Oscar, a starry-eyed video clerk, clings to his dream job at Video Visions, the last video rental store in the state. To Oscar, it is more than a job, it is a temple of cinema, a portal to the past -- it is his life. Unwilling to recognize that everyone around him is insisting that "film is dead."  Is it?
